ARTIST BIOGRAPHY

I was born, raised and reside in Delaware County Pa. That's just off the runway of the Philadelphia Airport. I am blessed becuase I both teach and make art. I have a B.F.A. (Ceramics) and a M.Ed. (Art Education). But my biggest influences are family, friends and the students that constantly challenge me to be honest with myself.

ARTIST STATEMENT

My work tells a story. I compose objects that find me or vise-verse to create a narrative.  It is my intent that the viewer is able to see their own story in the piece. I like things that do a job, so alot of my work has a secondary purpose (clocks, lamps). Also I like guitars and boxes. I think that covers it. Enjoy!
