Jill has been passionate about oil painting all her life. She started her art studies by taking inspiration from the masters—including Monet and Van Gogh— but her work has evolved over the past several years to a more abstract style that displays a keen eye for color and the ability to fuse multiple hues into thematic works.
While she continues to develop her artistic style and craft, her current works draw heavily on non-traditional techniques, such as the use of palette knives, which she uses to add depth and vibrancy to her paintings.
Jill enjoys painting customized abstract oil paintings to fit specific color preferences or decorating needs and is comfortable working in different scales, from very large, abstract pieces that can fill a wall down to small canvases.
